At True Harmony Care, we provide compassionate and high-quality Community Nursing Care (NDIS Support Item 0114) to participants who require clinical support in their daily lives. Our team of qualified and experienced Registered Nurses delivers safe, person-centred care to individuals of all ages, ensuring dignity, respect, and comfort in every visit.
Led by our Registered Nurse/Director and Founder, who brings extensive experience in Paediatric Intensive Care (PICU), True Harmony Care operates under strong clinical leadership, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality care. Our nurses provide thoughtful, evidence-based support that helps participants maintain their health, independence, and confidence at home for all aged groups.
We also have qualified Paediatric Registered Nurses who specialises in supporting children, offering dedicated, compassionate and family centred care that meets the unique needs of young participants.
Each care plan is developed collaboratively with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure individual needs are met and positive outcomes are achieved.
